Why we lead with the numbers

Home pieces are sold in a styled room where nothing has a dimension. Material, finished size and the care method are the three facts that decide whether a piece fits and lasts, and they sit below the fold if they appear at all.

The fix is unglamorous: put material, finished dimensions and finish on every product page, and say out loud what a home and living piece can and cannot do. That is what this shop is.

Material, finished dimensions and finish — as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than estimate it.

Checked before it is packed

During the 1 to 2 business days handling window every order is opened and checked against the order, and panels ship with corner protection and any hardware bag sealed inside so nothing rattles loose.

Honest about what is normal

We say up front that grain and colour variation in natural materials, and a faint finish smell that clears in a ventilated room — so a normal first day is not mistaken for a defect.

What we will not claim

No six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own, and no promise a home and living piece does something it cannot. Unless a product page lists it in the box, we do not supply wall fixings for your wall type and any styling props in the photograph, and we say so before you pay.

Our story

The shop grew out of selling home goods in Jaipur. The same two disappointed buyers kept appearing: the one who bought on a photograph and got a size or capacity that did not suit, and the one who assumed something was included that never is.

Selling online removed the chance to put the thing in someone hands and let them judge it. So the specification had to carry that weight instead, and the packing had to carry the goods: panels ship with corner protection and any hardware bag sealed inside so nothing rattles loose.

How we work, in practical terms

  • Online only. Novelta Mansion runs entirely online, with no shop or showroom. Orders are dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Shipping. Free at ₹1,999 and above; flat ₹79 below that. Handling 1 to 2 business days, then transit 3 to 8 business days.
  • Returns. 10 days from delivery on unused goods in the original packaging, refunded within 7 business days.
  • Payment. UPI or Cash on Delivery, in Indian rupees. No cards, no PayPal, no stored payment details.
  • On arrival. Check the carton before signing, film the unboxing, and report any damage within 48 hours.
