Choosing
Will the colour match the photograph?
Close, not exact. Natural material varies piece to piece and screens differ. The dimensions and material on the page are precise; the colour in the image is an indication.
What do the numbers on the page mean?
Every product page carries material, finished dimensions and finish, listed as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than invent one.
Buying and delivery
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹1,999 and above. Below that, one flat ₹79 covers the whole order — no handling, packing, fuel or remote-area fees.
How long does it take?
Handling is 1 to 2 business days, then transit 3 to 8 business days — about 3 to 5 business days to metro PIN codes and 5 to 8 business days elsewhere in India. Total from Jaipur, Rajasthan: 4 to 10 business days. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST join the next working day queue.
How can I pay?
UPI before dispatch, or Cash on Delivery when the parcel arrives. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal, there is no card form on this site, and we do not offer EMI. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
Do you ship outside India?
No. We deliver within India only.
On arrival
Is this normal, or is it a fault?
Normal: grain and colour variation in natural materials, and a faint finish smell that clears in a ventilated room. A fault is different: a crack, a chip, a warped panel, hardware missing from the fixing bag, or the wrong finish supplied. Report a fault within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
Is anything not included?
Unless the product page lists it in the box, no — we do not supply wall fixings for your wall type and any styling props in the photograph, because the right plug depends on whether your wall is brick, block or drywall. Buy those locally.
Care, returns and warranty
How do I look after it?
Dust with a dry cloth, keep natural materials out of direct sun, and re-tighten fixings once after the first few weeks.
What is the return window?
10 days from delivery. The item must be unused, complete in the original packaging, with the invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days once it reaches us.
Is there a warranty?
We offer no six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own and we do not claim one. Where the maker provides a warranty, the card in the box governs it and we will point you to the right service channel. What we cover is condition on arrival.
Can I visit and see one?
No — we are online only, with no shop or showroom to visit. The registered address is where orders are packed and dispatched. That is exactly why material, finished dimensions and finish are spelled out on every product page.
